1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Pomozen at pomozen.io ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Pomozen is a web-based Pomodoro timer application with ambient sounds, focus tools, journaling, and customizable themes. The Service is available as a free tier with limited features and a paid Premium tier with full access.

3. Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Premium Subscription & Pricing

Pomozen Premium is available as a recurring subscription at the following prices:

• Monthly: $1.99 USD per month
• Yearly: $19.99 USD per year

Prices are in US Dollars and include applicable taxes where required. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

Premium features include: 8 immersive scene themes, 42+ premium ambient sounds, unlimited journal entries, and the full lo-fi music library.

5. Recurring Billing

When you subscribe to Pomozen Premium, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, depending on your selected plan) until you cancel.

Billing cycle: Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly). You will be charged the subscription price at the beginning of each new billing cycle.

Payment method: Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

How to cancel: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard by clicking "Manage Subscription," which will take you to the Stripe billing portal where you can cancel directly.

Effect of cancellation: When you cancel, your Premium access continues until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free tier. No further charges will be made.

Refunds: We generally do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. However, if you believe you were charged in error or are unsatisfied with the service, contact us at support@pomozen.io within 14 days of the charge, and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.

7. Free Tier

The free tier provides access to the Pomodoro timer, task management, basic ambient sounds, color themes, and limited journal entries (up to 3 days). Free tier features may change over time.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create (journal entries, task lists). We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content solely to provide the Service to you.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

10. Availability & Modifications

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active subscribers of significant changes.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pomozen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
